- Please read through the nutrition information in the Prenatal Wellness booklet, fill out three day or the Weekly Diet Checklist and bring a copy to our next class.
- Work on improving in one or two health categories. Even little changes (like taking a walk a few times a week or eating one more serving of vegetables per day) can have a big impact on your health and birth experience.
- Incorporate the targeted toning exercises into your daily routine (squatting, pelvic tilts, tailor sitting, and kegels).
- The progressive warmth relaxation technique that we practiced in class can be found in the Finding Comfort booklet on page 8. Practice this technique daily until our next class. Partners can read the script to mom and do some gentle massage as she relaxes from head to toe.
