I am a professionally trained instructor, affiliated with the American Academy of Husband-Coached Childbirth. I have been teaching The Bradley Method® since 2005.
I have always been interested in pregnancy and birth, but my career took me in another direction. Then we became pregnant with our first child and I became passionate to learn all that I could about pregnancy and birth. My husband, Matt, and I were fortunate to find an enthusiastic, local Bradley Method® instructor. We loved the class and have had two wonderful natural births in a hospital with a midwife and doctor.

My Background:
We were both thrilled with our birth experiences and talk about them with everyone we know. Not long after our first birth, I decided to become a Bradley Method® Instructor and teach others how to have a healthy pregnancy and a gentle, fulfilling birth experience. I am dedicated to providing expectant couples with the knowledge, confidence and patience needed to have a wonderful birth.
In 2008, I began working with couples as a Bradley® Trained Doula. Currently, I am also pursuing my DONA certification. See my doula page for more information.
